Packaging

All our artworks are packaged with great care. For added protection, we use specialized packaging materials that safeguard the canvas or frame from damage during shipping.

Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the artwork is undamaged and the original conditions have not been altered. A refund will be issued once the product is returned.

Please notify us if you wish to return the item, and use the same delivery service to send it back. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Fitting into the interior

On our website, we provide the exact dimensions for each artwork. If you are unsure about the size, you can contact us for additional photos or recommendations on framing and placement.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time at your location.
